TabTrade has been granted a financial services licence by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius under licence number GB26206419, upgrading from its Saint Lucia IBC registration. The broker is now a regulated entity with KYC, AML/CFT, and client-fund segregation obligations.
TabTrade Ltd (company number 236339), incorporated in Mauritius with its office at Office 15, Floor 1, CentrePoint, Trianon 72257, has been licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under GB26206419. The move converts what was a Saint Lucia International Business Companies Act registration - effectively a corporate filing with no financial services licence - into a broker with enforceable regulatory obligations covering KYC, AML/CFT, governance, and client-fund handling. The Saint Lucia entity remains registered (2025-00919) as an additional group entity. The upgrade is meaningful but should be read for what it is: a real licence, still at an offshore Tier-3 level, with no investor compensation scheme. EdgeX News first reported the award of the FSC investment dealer licence. Our review has been updated to reflect the new regulatory status, including a higher safety score.
